Adam Gill

Back in 2001 i left school and i was determined to do an apprenticeship rather than stay on a college. That has become an internal argument ever since. For years i have wondered if it was the right path and it is only in the last five years that i am at peace that i did indeed make the right choice, but i still dream about what it may have been like to have gone into full time education but i am absolutely convinced that i am better for not going down that route but also way more experienced to have grown into the person i am today by going down the apprenticeship route, but for me personally being an apprentice and going into full time work has paid off but i had my struggles.
